4 Paintings on display at Artistry Galleries

If your in Melbourne, I have 4 paintings for the 10 x 4 program on display at Artistry Galleries, Cnr High Street and Glenferrie Road, Malvern VIC. http://www.artistrygalleries.com.au Open Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 5pm Sunday 11am to 5pm (Closed Mondays). The paintings are in the upstairs gallery. Please come down and have a look. Exhibition closes on 24th December 2009.

A friend, Jac from South Australia wanted a commissioned painting for her walls. I asked her what she likes and wants on a painting. This is what came out. Jac loves to travel (especially France), drink wine, play chess, read books and her cat. And it all works well.

If your in Melbourne, I have 2 paintings in the "Taking it to the Streets" art auction on Friday 28th August. At Louis Joel Community Arts Centre, 5 Sargood Street, Altona VIC. Paintings being auction are "Colourful Language" and "The Girl and her Golden Goose". The money from the auction will be helping out the Street SmART art program for young people in the Hobsons Bay area.

People can pre-register for the auction by emailing katherinedine@optusnet.com.au for a registration form. Works can be viewed and registrations will also be taken on the night from 7.30-8.00pm, the auction then kicks off at 8pm.
